| For an additional driver, the fee amounts is 10 €/day. No more than 2 additional drivers/vehicle are permitted and all of them are subjected to the fee of 10 €/day and age limits. |
| FUERA DE HORARIO |
| Out of Hour Fee (outside business hours): for the delivery or return of the vehicle outside business hours, the Lessee will pay a fee amounting to 25 € / operation from Monday- Friday between 07:00 PM – 09:00 AM and between 01:00 PM -09:00 AM Saturday and Sunday. |
| EDAD |
| The minimum age limit for rental is 19 for Economic and Compact classes and 24 for the rest of the classes. An additional fee of 10 €/day up to maximum 100 €/rental will be charged for drivers with ages between 19- 24 or over 65. |

| CRUZAR LA FRONTERA |
| The vehicles will be used exclusively in Romania, while the border crossing is possible under the conditions of prior notification and written consent of Premium Rent (power of attorney). For this Service, an additional Border Fee will be charged (Border Fee). Vehicle in categories Premium and Luxury will not leave the Romanian territory. |
| TARJETAS DE DÉBITO |
| The payments in cash or debit card are permitted only if Premium or ZERO Risks protections have been purchased. Otherwise, the client must present a Credit Card upon picking up the car. Visa and Mastercard cards are accepted |
| REGLAMENTO DE DEPÓSITO |
| You have an Excess in case of damage between 900 EUR to 2400 EUR- tax included, based on the vehicle type at the time of rental. The deposit will be returned upon completion of the rental if there is no damage and all conditions have been met. |
| LICENCIA DE CONDUCIR |
| The main driver and any additional driver must hold a national or international driver’s license, valid for minimum 1 year, issued on their name, together with an identity document (identity card/passport). An international driver’s license is mandatory if the driver’s license is issued with non-Roman characters also when the application holds a national driver’s license issued by a state with which Romania did not conclude an agreement for the mutual acknowledgment of all licenses. |

| COMBUSTIBLE |
| The vehicle will be provided with full fuel tank and must be returned with the same, unless otherwise specified. The client will pay a deposit between 80 € and 150 € depending on the type and class of the car. Re-fuelling fee :40 € |
| SEGURO |
| All vehicles are RCA standard ensured for damages caused to third parties during the period mentioned in the Rental Agreement. |
